Our Refund and Return Policy

Overview

 

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t accept returns and offer you a refund.

Once the receipt of the payment has been confirmed, the order is processed and passed on to the logistics processing, therefore it is no longer possible to make changes/cancellations

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

 

  • Products that has received Gift Coupons and the Gift has already been used
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase to anywhere untill we  give you indications.

Returns

Our return policy is withing 15 days after delivery. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after 15 days.

Also in the case of damaged, the damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached demonstrating its extent within and no later than 15 days from receipt of the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Return code and/or order number are missing
  • Unauthorized or after return deadline
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your the return shipping costs and customs duties for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the return is caused by the consumer/customer, consumer/customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to any reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer/customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

Exchange (if applicable) & conditions

We do not exchange products. If we accept your return a refund will be issued and you can repurchase the product or another if you want.

Gifts

Our gift coupons, gift products and traveling REWARDS are our appreciation to consumers/customers. If you want to return an item, then the gift must be unused and returned as well. It is not acceptable to return an item(s) and keep the gift coupon(s) or gift product(s) or our traveling REWARDS. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF YOU USE THEM.
